sc belt replacement

there is not enough play to slide new SC belt on tension pulley. any suggestions? factory standard pulley and replacement belt.

use a ratchet and put it on the bolt of the tensioner you may need to put the belt around the pulley the the SC last. If this is too tight then check the play of your tensioner it may need to be changed.

Agree. Try putting the belt on just partially over the s/c pulley and then over the belt tensioner. You should then be able to slide the belt on the rest of the way.
