Hello!

Is there any material that can join 2 parts (e.g. a body of a bmw and the front of an skyline? I'm thinking of a kind of priming material like used for real cars. Where do I get that? Brickolage store? Hobby shop?

Thanks a lot!

Use model cement, and epoxy for the original attachment, and then to make is smooth use some two part putty. Either two part body filler found at auto supply stores, or two part epoxy putty at hobby shops.

If the two parts don't mate cleanly, you might want to use a strip of plastic behind or under the body as reinforcement. If it extends 3/8s of an inch past either side of the seam, it'll be as strong as it would have been if it were molded that way.

And use plastic cement.

Thanks.

It was a bit hard to understand (German) but I guess I finally got it.
I just found some body filler I also used for my computer case.

Epoxy smells like °%!&/$ !!!
