1994 Concorde dash lights question

My '94 Concorde intermittently has the "Trac Off" and "ABS" lights both lit up, and when they are on the traction control is disabled. Anyone know why? I've replaced all the brake pads, checked I'm still full on brake fluid, and otherwise everything works fine, including the ABS.
