2001 Tahoe hard to start.

I have a 2001 Tahoe and when you get in a turn the key it does not want to start up immediatley. You have to wait a second or two for the fuel system to prime up before it starts. Is this a sign the fuel pump is going bad. I check the fuel pressure and it is around 58-59lbs. The residual pressure after shutting the key off is around 20 pounds. I didn't know if this was fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator related, or something entirely different. Other than the tough start everything else seems to be running fine.
