if your looking as a replacement for your factory doors just use the old door, go half and half then glue the two together, although i can tell you now it most likely wont look good unless you can bake it while it dries, fiberglass worps like all hell

There's a site that shows you all you need to know to do a job like that. All it takes is the right supplies and a little patients.

So are you doing this for looks or for wieght reduction because i have a much more simple way of getting the same results . if you go to this site www.chopshopcustomsnyc.com/services.htm take a look at the photos the car took 1st at a nopi show and believe me the interior looks outstanding and actually everone thought it was made of fiberglass including the judges but anyway if you like what you see let me know i will give you step by step on how to achieve the same look and i also molded in a ps2 as well as put a hump on pass side and guage pods molded to the dash since you have basic fiberglass exp. you should have no problem doing these things as well let me know what you think and i will be more than happy to go step by step with you

There is some information and pictures in these galleries about fiberglassing. I recommend using better filler than he uses though. Bondo is crap, so try and avoid it, use something better as filler.
