85 chevy blazer electric back window problem

I have a 85 Chevy blazer K-5 that I'm having a problem with the rear window. It will not go up. I have replaced the motor but it did not change things. i have power to the motor. I've check it with a test light. I have also heard there's a cutoff switch back there some where in the tailgate but cannot locate it. I also think there is a swtich that will not let the window extend if the gate is down. Now those switches could be one and the same I think? But were the hell is the switch? What I need is some suggestions as in what to check for next? Since it is not the motor a fuseable link or a fuse were should I proceed? Or if someone could E-mail me the sta-matic to the tailgate showing me were the switch is? it is possible to order the cut off switch from LMC truck and I have. But I can't find the SOB! The switch should be on the right or left side of the tailgate.
