Raising Springs

I want to put some 20' wheels on my 89 Century, but I think 18's is the biggest I can get on the stock suspension. Could I raise my car up by getting taller springs so the bigger tires could fit. What else would I need? I read somewhere about spring lifters that would help. Also, where could I buy taller springs to accomadate bigger rims and tires?
