Left Rear Shock broke......

Hey,

My left rear shock broken one ring to it doesnt lay flush witht he struts the car runs fine and everything. I just wanna know is this really bad because i dont have anymore money since my INTAKE MANIFOLD AND 2 Head GASKETS had to get fixed and that cost $2500....so i am kinda in a pinch and i just wanna know if i should sell my self for money(joking...)

what year malibu is this? I have a left rear shock and spring assy, used with 41,000 miles on it but I would sell it cheap. It is off a 2000 Malibu.
