I have a 1990 jimmy and I want to put the 93 grill on it. Do I have to replace anything else (rad support, etc.) or can I basically just bolt it on?

Bolt on if it's anything like my '93. You need a T8 screw driver, there are about 6 screws and a rubber piece you can pull out of
