No chime

My daughters 1999 mercury cougar does chime when she leaves the keys in the ignition, her lights on, or forget to put her seat belt on. I'm assuming these are all the same chime and that the previous owner removed the chime or disabled it some how. I looked though the fuse lay out and couldn't find anything talking about the chime. Anyone know where it's at and how to reenable it. thanks rodger
