Volvo S70 vs. Kia Optima

So i was with my dad right. We were going to a small town, and then this guy with his g/f in a Kia Optima does a flyby on my dad. My dad just says, "WTF!" I then look at my dad :naughty: and my dad giving a :nono: . So my dad chases the guy going at 80mph, and my dad does a flyby at 95mph giving the guy a look :sunglasse . The guy looks at his g/f and thinks he can keep up. He guns it too and tries to pass my dad, my dad guns it as well going at 110mph. My dad beats him by like 6 cars. Turbo baby.

Damn I wish my dad was that cool. He doesnt like ppl who mod cars, and REALLY doesnt like people who race them. What car were you guys in btw?

Daewoo, the only car that has a hope in the world for a large performance tuning market is still just a concept.
But then again check what I'm driving. Anyhow, Kia's new Spectra5 looks like something and since it uses the same basic frame and even engine as the Hyundai Elantra, which in turn is the same as the base Tuscan you can probably mate the tranny to make it AWD. Can you imagine Kia Spectra + Turbo + Tuscan transmission among other tweaks = cheap rally racer. Then again if you want that just buy a Suzuki Aerio SX and do a manual transmission swap, not to mention people have gotten turbos to work in those.

Its a 1998 Volvo S70 GLT...it does have a turbo but it has no intercooler
