i need all the help i can get

i have a huge question can any one tell me if a 3.1L engine of a monte carlo fit into a monte carlo with a 3.4L engine im having so many problems trying to get a car reapired that sits dead in my back yard, if any one is able to help please let me know asap thank you very much, allsmiles

W- body 3.1 and the 3.4 swap should be no big deal.
Trans the same you might have a small problem with the motor mounts

What year is your mc. Did you get the swap done or what. Have 95 with 3.4 and trans is gone. Need to figure out if cheaper to swap trans or what.
