I just got the DC header for my car today and im installing it this weekend. One thing i noticed is they want you to use the old gasket and block bolts. Im thinking of going to the honda dealership tomorrow and picking up new ones. Specially the block bolts since they are torqued, and torqued bolts shouldnt be reused.
Is there any reason why DC asks to reuse these parts? Or is getting new one better? Fritz, del, drift...what you guys think?

Use a new gasket and nuts. They are intended to compress only once. If you use the old ones, you run a pretty good risk of an eventual leak.
Make sure to clean off the studs well before re-installing, use brake cleaner or some such.
Tighten the nuts from the inside out, in two steps. Don't use any lubrication. First to 16 ft*lbs, then to 23 ft*lbs. The pattern should be something like:
-6-4-2-7-
9-3-1-5-8
Enjoy.

When you say first 16ft/lbs then 23ft/lbs, should i tighten all to 16 then all again to 23? or each individually 16 then 23. Next bolt and so on?
I think i might be gettin to technical consious....

All eight to 16, then all eight again to 23. Follow the pattern each time. This ensures a tight seal that will not leak, and will stay that way for a long time.
And there is no such thing as "gettin to technical consious". ;)
