Where is my fuel pump relay?

I have a 99 Mustang 3.8 L The fuel pump works when it wants to. I took the pump out of the tank and checked it by jumpering it to the battery and it worked fine but I put it back in and no go. When I turn the key it pumps for about a second and stops. I fooled with it all day. It finally cranked like nothing happened, but I'm not sure about tommorrow. Think its the relay? Where is it located? How much $ does one cost?
I need help. Thanks in advance!!!

Make sure the button on the inertia switch in your trunk is pushed down, and check for corroded/melted wires at the plug for the pump near the tank.
If these are all good you are on the right track, I am not sure where the relay is on SN95s, I just did all that yesterday on a 2.3 Foxbody.
