radio resets

about 1 time a week when I shut off my 03 tb and open the door it souds like to wires are arcing and then it resets my radio clock. The dealer has replace the radio and can't find anything wrong with it. I have had it in to the dealer about 7 times of this and they tell me the computer can't find anything... Does anyone else have this problem.

Happened to me twice with my 2003 Envoy, same thing – “whack” noise and then loses the time, doesn’t lose the frequency presets. Spoke to the dealer about it, they say GM says it’s a fault inside the radio head, and that they need to pull it and swap. In other posts I’ve seen, people have indicated that the dealer keeps on swapping the head with no change/getting worse. I’m hesitating on tackling this right now until I can get some better answers.
