Hey i have a 86 Celica GT with a 2S-E engine. I took the car off the road when i bought my Grand Prix and it had starting problems wen i bought my new car. It would start sometimes and sometimes it would just turn over. Then it would just keep turning over and over and will never start now. It has been sitting for about a year now never started because i havn't had money to put into it. I hae been told it might be the fuel pump but im not sure. I saw another thread about a guy witha 87 and someone mentioned it may be a relay. I have no idea, all i know is that i start the car and it just turns over, while it is hooked up to my gtp for power, it seems like no fuel is being sent to engine, yet when i pump the gas i can smell gas... i need help please give suggestions

if you think that you are delivering fuel why not take a look at the ignition equipment, i.e. distributor, ignition coil, etc.

just take off the main fuel pump line and take off your distributor harness and turn the car over, if fuel some out, you good, if it dosent, ur fucked

so if no fuel comes out, its probably the fuel pump?
