carb wont come off

every thing is diconected from my carb, inclueding nut. the damn thing is stuck on and wont come off, i have tryed hiting it with a rubber hammer but ti is still on there. how do i get it off, is the any thing that i missed?

Check again for any nuts or bolts holding it on. Depending on the carb, sometimes they are on the base, sometimes they are on the top of the carb and pass through the carb body.
Dont force it off, carbs usually just about fall off when all the fastners are removed. If its stuck, you've missed something.
