95 eclipse(non) does not turn over

Hello, I have a 95 eclipse non turbo that does not want to start. The engine will not turn over, I am trying to find the starter...does anyone know where it is located?

your battery is probably dead. usually when its the starter it makes grinding noises while your try to start it. if its the battery your lights and guages will dim but it wont crank

either that or your starter is shot and its time to get a new one
