Well, im sorry to hear that they had problems.

I have personally driven down to their shop and talked to them, and just shot the shit for a few hours. They pulled all the parts i needed, they even walked around with me, and found the best part for my needs, they took the effort to point out the parts with bondo so we could avoid them, and cut me awesome deals. I talked to the receptionist for at least a half hour. Their service was polite, friendly, helpful, and just good people. As far as mail order stuff, cant really say, as i took the minivan down and loaded all my stuff in and drove home. But as far as what kind of people they are, i was impressed, and will always sing their praises.

I just orderd a pair of floor mats from them and they were real nice. I did this over the phone. Peice of cake. If they had a question the person should have called back and not rely on fbody to call them back they have people all over the country to worry about not just one person.

ive only dealt with them once, over the phone for an interior piece. they didnt have the piece in stock so i didnt really get anything out of the experience, woman was kindof nice on the phone. point is i have absolutely nothing to add to this post. damn...
