OMG I have to drop my tranny!!

I'm so upset, I can hear something wobbling around in my transmission and i'm pretty sure it's my flywheel. I knew I should've checked to see if the flywheel bolts were different between automatic and manual. But just in case i'm wrong here's what happens: There's a wobbling (grinding kind of) sound when idling in neutral, when I hit the clutch it goes away. Put it in gear and it comes back, and it's definitely coming from inside the transmission. Any input? So my plan is to wake up early, get the tranny out within an hour and a half, see what's going on, replace the flywheel bolts with the proper ones (since that's the only thing that it should be), and get it all back together in two more hours. And hopefully doing all this before I go to work at 5. I have a few bets going that I can do it in time so i'm gonna do it. Wish me luck, and stop me if you think i'm wrong!

throwout bearing? I have no idea really, just offering another cause of problem.

This sounds and feels much bigger than the throw-out bearing, but the throw-out bearing was squeaking sometimes when I put it into reverse, so I can see why it was doing that while im in there.
