My wife parked the family car (95 Dodge Grand Caravan) white in color by the way, too close to the water sprinklers and down here in Florida I heard they use well water to water the lawn. Now the car is nastly stained with this rusty colored haze (not sure what it is or what it's called) all over the front end. I've washed the car twice to try and remove the stuff to no avail. I went to WalMart looking for some thing to polish it off, but all the products waxes and polish products claim to remove swirls and renew the finish, but none specified about this kind of damage.
Does anybody know what could be done to remove this stuff?

You could try an iron stain remover such as Iron Out. I don't know if it OK for car finishes though so you should read the bottle carefully before using. We have a lot of iron in our water and it works great at removing iron stains. Check out their website.
