how much is engine rebuild?

how much is an engine rebuild for 3kgt and whats the difference between a rebuild and a flush?

Whats a flush??? Only thing I can think of is basically cleaning the motor by flushing it clean. That is not a rebuild in a ny way. A rebuild usually consists of some machine work and lots of new parts, dependant on what was damaged.

I am in the middle of a rebuild right now and am replacing the oil pump, main and rod bearings, rods, pistons, water pump, timing belt etc. I am also having some slight headwork done.

A rebuild price depends on area you live, type of shop you have do it, and severity of damage.
