rear defrost problem

2002 cavalier rear defrost not working ,fuses ok, rear window traces ok ,can hear relay energise when switch pressed

any suggestions

did u check the clip on the wire end goin into the window cores to see if it has corosion? also - u can check the wire it might have a cut in it or be pinched an in return causing it to short
