brake noise

I have a 99 Solara SLE V6. Everything was fine for the first 25k miles. Then I started getting brake noise after I have stopped and ease off on the brake pressure. Its appears to be the pads dragging on the rotors and sounds like rubber rubbing on glass. This can happen when I back out of the garage and will drag all the way to the street. Sometimes it won't do it. It will sometimes do it going forward when letting off the brake. It doesn't do this all the time.

I have changed the brake lines to stainless, changed the rotors, changed the pads twice, and just now changed the calipers. Still does the same thing. Haven't done anything under the hood.

No one can help me, The dealer or brake people don't know. Hope someone out there can help. Could it be in the ABS system?

Thanks Campfire9

I'd say you need to either have your back brakes checked out before thinking it lies within the ABS. Besides, if there were a problem with your ABS, the light would illuminate on the instrument cluster.

Thanks for the input. The only thing I didn't change on the rear brakes are the calipers because the noise seem to be in the front either through the firewall or front side with window open.

Although the brakes work great there has to be something else causing this condition.

Thanks again
