99 Rodeo Tailgate Lock Cylinder

Still waiting for an answer to this one. Anybody?
I got home for Thanksgiving last night and when I went to open the tailgate to unload my stuff, the button seemed a little wobbly. I wiggled it bit and the whole lock cylinder pulled out. Evidently, whatever locking ring holds it in is now lying inside the tailgate.
I did a quick check this morning and there don't seem to be any screws holding the fascia to the inside of the tailgate. Anybody know how it comes off? Does it just snap in? Are there screws underneath where the cargo net is attached?
Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving to all.
