Tire Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my sister's car got a flat and so she changed the tire and now the wheel will not move, just drags when they go forward. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fron or rear wheel? is the replacement the same size as the original?

She had put it on backwards, with hit the caliper and so she turned it around and now is on her way home, Thanks!!!!

lol i guess it was a spare then? thats not to dificult to do if your not familiar with things, just hole she didnt mess anythign up putting pressure on the breaks
