95 Escort - How do I replace water pump?

Hello,
I'm trying to replace a water pump for my 1995 Escort.
This is my first time and cannot find where is it...
Would someone help me out on this, please?
A diagram or pictures will help me a lot and some instructions.

It's at the "front" of the engine....front being the passenger side since it is tranversely mounted...it is under the timing belt cover, so you can't see it unless you take that off.

Get the Haynes manual for Ford Escort 1991-2000 models for ~$15 at autozone, advance auto, o'reilly's, pep boys, etc.
