confused on tranny

how do i tell what tranny my car has i have a 90 civic dx with a dohc zc that i bought and the owner dont member what tranny he put in it so is there any way i can tell

its probably one of them trannys they make for one of them motors!

it's either the DX/Si/ZC tranny for sure :P at 80 MPH in 5th gear, what RPM are you at? if your at 4k rpm then it's an Si. Not sure on the ZC, might be the same.

I have a ZC tranny and if my car ran i could go test it out for you... but... (runs away crying)
