thats messed up dude lol. But yeah all the stuff you said is really expensive. I would do the shaved mouldings yourself, i shaved my emblems and it took a lil while and i didnt do the best job but i did it. It shouldnt be that hard unless youre going to fill in the gap totally, which i wouldnt do. It looks really nice with em just shaved with no holes for the clips, i have a friend with a crx with alot of stuff done including shaved mouldings and it looks great with the gap. thats just IMO though.

civic killer, just to let ya know, i do plan on doing a lil something to the engine, posibly an LS swap. but where i live im used to getting flamed. also around here, trying to make a civic fast is useless, Too many muscle cars....and they all wanna race me and my stock lil civic.... i appreciate the somewhat helpfull info.... but i aint gonna be drag racing and i aint gonna be street racing (which, by the way, is stupid as sht anyways, only dumb*sses would do such a thing) so i dont have to worry about u and ur Geo.

unless you are a pro at body work (which since your asking, you probably are not) I would suggest agaisnt all those. You would have to pay a body shop a ton, it wouldn't be worth it. If you could do it all yourself, then for sure. Why not just try the LS swap first....

body work and engine work are 2 very different things, just because he can do one doesnt mean he can do the other.

and about being flamed, if you put all that ricey crap on your car your gonna get flamed more then if you have the ls swap. at least if you can give them a run for there money then it shows mroe for u and they cant talk as much

I respect those of you out there making thier lil civics beat these big displacement cars out there... props to ya... personally, i dont want a real fast car, ive had too many bad things happening to people racing and stuff...
I just want an LS with maybe 140+ N/A Power.

Also, all the stuff on the list, most just crossed my mind, the only ones i am truly considering is the Shaved door handles and all the interior work. no candy paint for me, i was just wondering what that stuff would cost me. Right now im thinking about White paint, like on the Escalades.....

the paint on the on the escalades has pearl in it, which i have heard is pretty expensive as well.

Really? does it involve some type of special technique, or does the pearl powder just cost alot? i never expected it to cost anymore than 200 for the pearl powder....... hm....does anyone else know anything about this?

i agree with ya on the engine thing, it can cost lots to do engine work - if you're happier making your interior look nice and having a sweet paint job, then the money is better spent there.
