If you're in the States, what you are looking for doesn't exist. Otherwise here in New Zealad or Japan they are pretty cheap.

As for the R32, you COULD buy one in Japan, and then pay motorex 16k to ship it over here and convert it into street legal.

No, and none manufactured after 1996 for that matter due to the OOBII issues.
Currently even R32's are being hard to do because of they don't have an airbag, which is required.

Skyline is a fine first car... In Aussey, NZ, Japan... Kids drive Skylines as their first cars all the time. My first car was a Zed32... Which is a pretty badass sports car.
