2002 Dakota Blower Motor trouble

The blower Motor for the heat/A/C on my 02 Dakota Quad Cab only works on the very highest setting currently. Is this a problem with the blower motor or something else? I've looked here and there's been some mention of a resistor pack. Could this be my trouble? Any info would be appreciated.
