Grand Am 95 engine chokes

Suddenly the engine started choking the other day. It starts but it seems like that it is not having enough air or fuel. It feels like an old old man. After warming up for a long time it runs a little bit better and I can drive it, but nervously.
This is a 95 Grand Am SE with about 93000 miles on it. It has been running well except another small problem recently, i.e. hot air only comes out from the front.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Goto and Read the GRAND AM REPAIR INFO on these boards, that I posted. It's too long to type all over again... but I took my car in to Pontiac GMC, and I think the info I've posted will help you resolve your problem for FREE.
Or if you can't find it. Just take your 1995 Grand Am to a certified GMC pontiac dealer, and tell them you heard about the recall on your car, and that Pontiac will fix it for free. Try to find that board for more detailed info.
