Turbo 04 si and other stuff

Hey, i was just wondering if they've come out with a turbo kit yet for my car, 04 si, and if so, who makes it? Oh yeah, and lately, my cars been acting quirky, like when i was driving around town all stop and go. It bogged down real bad, then i would have to downshift and jam on the gas, then it would clear up. Any help or suggestions would be great.

maby your fuel filter is dirty, I know you car is new but wird things can happen.
