wiNeed tips on how to launch faster with a automatic

I need some tips on how to launch off the line faster, I have an stock '96 Integra LS AT.

The way I do it is I hold in the brake while reving to about 3K. Then on go I release the brake. Should do fine. Smoke those standard cars.

just don't do a neutral drop. if your revin to 4k and drop it from neutral to drive the the transmission will be completely blown in no time.

i know some people that start out on 1 instead of d4 ...supposedly it launches faster
