87' Jimmy engine swap

I have an 87' Jimmy with a 305 TBI engine and AOD trans. I'm wanting to upgrade to a 350. I want to findout what changes I would need to make to trans, if any.

Trans (I believe the bell housing it slightly different, someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Motor mounts
Engine Harness
Computer (If you go fuel injected)
Exaust (manifolds)
Might have to bang the firewall in an inch in the middle
