97 corolla vibration?

i have a 97 corolla dx 1.8L 78000miles anyway i just had the pass side bearing changed 2 times in the past 4 months the first time was bad install job they forgot to tighten the hub nut all the way, then they fixed that and was driving great for like 3k miles i went to work this morning and rode fine 70miles, then started it up to come home and i hear this pulseing in the front tires and the faster i go the faster it goes, well i jacked it up and the bearing was tight, then as it is jacked up i put her in drive, just the driver side tire spun and it was kinda quiet but then i held the drivers side still and the the passenger side spin and there was the noise? don't know anyother problem unless it is the bearing again? any suggestions? i am about to drive it off a cliff i am so frusterated with it, hope you can help thanks
