Viper 300 question

I noticed that my Jeep is wired for a Viper 300. There is a box under the steering column that says "Viper Model 300". I've had trouble finding a "classic" 300. There is a 300 DEI on ebay, but will this work with what is already wired?

I don't think you're in the wrong forum, but you might try asking in the Audio forum. Not that alarms are audio, but usually the folks who are into audio are also into security systems.
