random hard overdrive

hello all,
i got a 02 gp gt, has 31k and very babied. The other day i noticed through town when it shifts into o.d, you can feel a small jolt. it doesnt do this when i pull out on the highway and get up to 65. just in town when im really slowly gaining speed. should i be worried about this? it doesnt allways do it just every once and a while. but lately when i first start the car and start to drive it in about the first 5 feet it will shiver a bit. just for a split second and i can feel it in the steering wheel. its only after starting the car, it dont do it at lights, or stop signs. and the tach dont move, so i dont know if its tranny related or what. any ideas would be greatly helpfull.
