Did you use primer? DId you spray paint the car? Looks like you hand painted your body...that's what happens. How to fix? Sand off the paint and go buy some Tamiya primer and Tamiya TS-## spraypaint and redo ur paintjob. THat should fix it.

If you used tamiya spray paint - leave the body in a container full of brake fluid.

If you used testors spray paint - leave the body in a container full of "Castol Super Clean" over night.

Once you have stripped the paint off, have a read of this.

I agree with Jay. Just soak it in brake fluid to scrape off the paint and soak it with soap water to clean it out. then you can work on it again.

I wouldn't worry about answering, the thread was started on February 26, 2002. The last time he even came to the forum was March of 2002.

Can you also use the brake fluid for the clear parts of a kit?

Try using CSC (CAstrol Super Cleaner). That stuff works like a charm. Used it on my windshield and it strippped off all the paint. YOu have to leave the part in the CSC for about 10 min. before wiping off the part.
