Headlight Positions 84 2A1 on top or bottom

I should Know this but never paid much attention? The truck had a plow rig on it. I think in it's past someone changed the lights around to have the low beams clear the plow? I'm not sure if the low beam should be on bottom and A1A High beam should be on top? Any one help me out with this no brainer :screwy:

High Beams are always on top, otherwise the light would sweep too narrow when on! High beams on top!
