'99 T&C heated seat

I have the driver side heater that isn't working. I checked the incoming voltage and it's fine, but I haven't really wanted to tear the entire seat out to check for broken wires, but that is probalby better than replacing the entire seat. Has anyone done this?

I also looked through a couple of the other posts, and found them very detailed in their advice. Just have to compliment everyone on sharing the details and not just saying "easy fix" like some other forums out there.

Hmm...I also have a brake light on the dash that won't go off, but brakes are good and fluid is fine too. Any advice on that would be welcome.
