Hi All...
I recently purchased a 94 Blazer 4.3W, 4x4. I've changed out the seats with electric leathers from a 94 Jimmy. I also have the overhead console from the same Jimmy...my question is: Does the Blazer have the same brackets/mounting points as the Jimmy, or will I have to fab some type of mount for this console? I haven't taken anything loose from the ceiling yet, wanted to get some input first. Thanks for any help you guys can give.

Hello,
I've been installing an overhead console on my 96 jimmy for 5 months now. I have it mounted up, but my functions don't work yet.
Mine didn't have any mounting tabs to screw the console into, but it had holes where bolts/screws could go through. I cut small pieces of plywood and inserted them through these holes and then used drywall screws to screw the console into the wood. It looks great, is ultra-sturdy, and it wasn't hard to install (if I knew where to splice the wiring).

Thanks for replying...I can't offer any help with the wiring, mine only has lights and pockets. My headliner has no holes, but maybe I can slip a piece of something behind it to screw into.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
