h22 head on h23 block

i have a 92 prelude si and i would really like to have the VTEC powr of the H22 but im not 100% sure that it would be the best thing to do. i dont have enough money for a jdm swap but i can find an h22 head. so all that i need from the h22 is the head and the ecu right?? or would i need the wiring harness. and would it even be worth it. i also heard that the h23 is a stronger block and would be a better candidate??
