turn signals

94 3.4. Left turn signal works intermittantly, turns on and stays on, but won't blink. Replaced the bulbs, didn't help. Also, where is the flasher? I found the 4 way, but the turn signal is not where the book says it is. Sounds like it's next to the radio, I just didn't want to pull it out that day.

I believe it is under the steering column under that plastic cover. Shouldnt take more than about 4 or 5 screws and its off. Thats where it was on '94 T/A if I remember correctly.

The flasher's should be on the steering column and if its not blinking then its not completing a circuit do to a bad bulb or faulty wiring.
