Car starter Dragging

I recently bought a remote for my command start that was in my car when i bought it. I programmed it, etc. When I start the car with it, the starter starts dragging (stays on too long). Since I don't have the owners manual and can't find a website for it, does anyone know how to help? It's a NS 1003 (Nordic Start)
