rear brake conversion question

does this auction include everything i need to convert my 92 dx hatch to rear disc brakes. i know i need an e brake cable and i can probably get one of these from the junk yard. any who help me out i am trying to think and see if this is a good idea and if it has everything i need. thanks:pimp:

Picture shows 1calipers & 1 rotor so it's hard to say if it's a BS deal. You'll need a different proportioning valve from an integra also.
