extended center console

i was thinking of an original way to mod my car and i thought of taking the bench out of the back of my '96 integra putting 2 racing seats and extending the center console. maybe putting a ps2 in it and put tv's in the headrest. let me know what you think of it and is youve ever heard of it being done. also bout how much it would cost

your idea is sweet. my only question is will 2 more racing seats fit back where the bench seat lies? extending back the center console will be a project in itself but you gotta get your seats in there first. does the bench seat sit up any higher than the front with the shape of the body? if you can pull it off let me know and i'd like to know how you did it.

I've seen race seats in the back of a 4dr civic. Unfortunately you couldn't sit in them. There isn't enough leg room for a 5 year old.

no its not any higher in the back and i think theres a little more footroom than a civic but im not sure. if you have any ideas for cheap but decent racing seats let me know too.

it sounds like a decent idea. you were asking how much you thought it would cost...if you cant do the fiberglass for the console yourself, then you cant afford it. its too labor intensive for anyone to pay a professional to do, that kind of stuff is on pimp my ride for a reason...because its TV which = no budget
