Can I pop a pill to make me taller?
Like all important questions in life, there is no single answer. So in the spirit of all of those tests you take in school, we will choose the answer that is most correct... and that is NO.
Seriously, why would you even consider that stuff? Its intended for use throughout puberty.

nah there are some exercises, most of them involve stretching out the abdominal muscles to all ow your missection to expand upward a little more. If your rel hardcore about it you could get 1 - mabe 2 inches after a very long period of time

thats the biggest load of crap! your height is genetic. 5'8'' isn't that short, you just have to deal with it. it there were exercises or pills that make you taller don't you think there would be a ton of people doing/taking them? those things that you attach to your door/wall and hang upside down stretch out your spine (traction) and it give you maybe 1/4 in (its used to treat spinal aliments). you just have to accept your height.

i dont have a problem with my height.... but i thought, hey if it works why not get a couple extra inches.
and height isnt only genetic... genetics play a part in it but say if you ate lots of fruits, vegetables and healthy stuff though your teenage years you'd grow taller than if you just ate junk food and didnt eat nutritiously
lots of things play a part in determining your height... you dont just have a gene that says you're going to be this tall. It depends on your lifestyle too

no, genetics do determine your height and there are genes that specify how much/when you will grow. you can stunt your growth by not living healthy and you can actually speed up growth (HGH - human growth hormone) during puberty but after puberty is over and your growth plates have fused, your bones aren't gonna get any longer, which means theres no way in hell your getting taller.

you are partly correct, once your groth plates have losed YOUR BONES will not grow any more, but it is still possible to get taller, even if it isnt by much, by loosening up your mdesction so that there is less tension pulling it together. It allows your midsection to expand slightly.
