1993 cocorde taillights

please help me my 93 concorde is giving me a headache, i turn on my lights and the head lights come on but the tail lights dont i press the break and the light come on but when i take my foot off they go out i tried replacing the fuses and bulbs but nothing seems to work maybe its a connection somewhere under the hood i dont know. :confused:

Are the Parking Lights in front working?
Does the Dash lights come on?

If none of the above then it may be a problem in the Headlight Switch.
