Optimum Shift Points for 1989 CRX D16A9

Can anyone help me with the obove? I have been searching the net all afternoon and can find the optimum shift points for everything from Civics to NSX's but not the CRX. Can anyone point me to some info?

This would also depend on the tranny that d16 is hooke to right?

just shift at redline or look for a dyno of that engine.
